Beechams Powders Cold & Flu Relief Sachets are a type of medication that helps to relieve the symptoms of a cold or flu. The sachets contain two active ingredients that help to treat the illness: caffeine and aspirin. Aspirin is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), which is used to treat fevers, pain, and inflammation. It is also used to treat headaches and migraines.
