Over-the-Counter Sleeping Tablets
Over-the-counter sleeping tablets contain sedating antihistamines such as diphenhydramine or promethazine, which promote drowsiness and help you fall asleep. They are designed for short-term use only (up to two weeks) to manage occasional sleeplessness caused by temporary stress, travel, changes in routine or illness.
