Is my personal information kept confidential?
Absolutely. We are ICO registered and PCI DSS compliant. All personal and medical data is encrypted, stored securely, and never shared with third parties. Deliveries arrive in plain, unbranded packaging.

Start a free online consultation by answering questions about your health. A GPhC-registered prescriber reviews your answers individually, and if appropriate, your medication is dispensed and shipped via next-day delivery. Our clinical team is available 7 days a week for ongoing support.
Is Cloud Pharmacy legitimate and regulated?
Yes. We are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), registered with the National Pharmaceutical Association (NPA), MHRA approved, PCI DSS compliant, ICO registered, and hold LegitScript certification. You can verify our registration on the GPhC register (pharmacy number 9012073).
How long do deliveries take?
We offer next-day delivery on weekday orders placed before our cut-off time. All orders are dispatched in plain, discreet packaging with no external branding.
What weight loss treatments do you offer?
We prescribe clinically proven GLP-1 weight loss treatments and fat-absorption capsules. Each prescription is reviewed individually by our clinical team to ensure it is safe and suitable for you.
How do different GLP-1 treatments compare?
Some GLP-1 treatments act on both GIP and GLP-1 receptors, while others target GLP-1 only. Clinical trials show dual-agonists may produce greater average weight loss (up to 22.5% body weight). Both are once-weekly injections. Our pharmacists can help you decide which is right for you.
Do I need a prescription to buy from Cloud Pharmacy?
For prescription-only medications, yes. You complete a free online consultation which is reviewed by one of our GPhC-registered independent prescribers. If clinically appropriate, a prescription is issued and your medication is dispensed by our pharmacy team. Over-the-counter products can be purchased directly.
Who reviews my consultation?
Every consultation is reviewed by a qualified, GPhC-registered independent prescriber. Our clinical team follows NICE and MHRA guidelines and assesses each patient individually before any medication is dispensed.
Can I switch between weight loss treatments?
Yes. Our Weight Care switching service allows you to transition between GLP-1 treatments safely under clinical supervision. Your prescriber will advise on dosing adjustments and monitor your progress throughout the switch.
