Your journey, your points, your rewards. 

All Cloud Pharmacy account holders are automatically enrolled in Cloud Rewards. New patients can sign up by creating an account and will begin as a Silver member. Existing patients will have their previous orders converted into lifetime points, which determine their reward tier. Whether you are new or existing, you can continue to earn more points through additional purchases and referrals!

Purchases

You can earn points with every purchase. 

On the Silver tier for every £1 spent will gain 1 point.

Gold tier for every £1 spent will gain 1.25 points

Platinum tier for every £1 spent will gain 1.5 points

Referrals

For every successful referral (the purchase is completed and the order is shipped), using your unique referral code :

You can get 500-1000 points depending on their referral count.
New patients get £5 off their first order using the referral code you provide
Please note: the minimum spend for referrals is £50

Birthdays

Patients receive birthday bonus points depending on their tier:

Silver - 500 points

Gold - 750 points

Platinum - 1000 points

You can redeem your points during checkout on the order summary page. Above the voucher code field, you will see your available points and their value, how many points you can earn with the purchase, and the option to redeem your points. If you change your mind, you can also cancel the redemption before completing your order.

There is no overall limit to the points you can earn. The highest tier, Platinum, is reached when your overall spend exceeds £2,000. At this tier, you earn the most points per purchase, the most points per referral, and the highest bonus points on your birthday!

Cloud Rewards has three tiers: Silver (£0–£999), Gold (£1,000–£1,999), and Platinum (£2,000+). All patients start at the Silver tier and can progress to higher tiers based on your lifetime spend at Cloud Pharmacy. Your tier status is maintained even after points are redeemed at checkout.

There is no limit to how many friends you can refer. You earn 50 extra points for each referral. After your 10th referral, the points per referral are capped at 1,000 (valuing £10).

To make a referral, view your patient dashboard under "My Rewards" to find your unique referral code. Share this code with your friends and family, and once they complete their order, the points will be added to your account.

You can view your lifetime points in your patient dashboard under “My Rewards,” along with your redeemable points, which can be used on your next order (minimum 500 points required).
